The staff are aweosme. Polite, assertive, and funny. This was my first bike in decades and I came out with knowledge. And got talked into a helmet I didn't want but safety concerns were given. Thank you for that, I might not like it but it's safe. You guys rock!

Very customer service oriented. I dealt with two different employees. One person helped me with my purchase. Very kind, and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the services that are available. The next person helped me get my other bike checked in for my tune up. He was very thorough and professional.
