You sell bikes. Having said that when I buy one of said for sale bikes at the total cost of $2800 I feel it is well within the expected service delivery (aka buying experience) to include adjusting the saddle height to ensure a proper fit. Yeah, it is the details of service delivery that determine repeat patronage. You are lucky that I have been shopping freewheel since 1990 when Marcy worked at the Seward store. Do better with the details as patronage in a competitive market is NOT guaranteed.

I hadn’t been in to a local bike shop in years. Freewheel Eagan had a very good selection of shoes, including some that fit my difficult to shop for wide foot. I was pleasantly surprised to talk with Marcy who I hadn’t seen since my days of servicing at Riverside/6th Street. She was helpful as always, and gave good guidance. We had a great conversation about RAGBRAI and other rides. Successful trip and the best customer service. Thanks, Marcy!
