Great selection of mountain bikes. Other shop I was considering has really reduced their inventory. Freewheel had a large inventory. Richard M was great to work with. He loves mountain biking and gave me expert advice. He didn't pressure me into a sale or an expensive bike but provided me consultation on what would fit my needs. I ended up buying a bike about 2x as expensive as planned but it was the right bike for what I will need in the long term. I've taken my bike out several times already and love it. It was the right bike for me.

I used to take my Trek 7 to Penn Cycle for all my maintenance and bike needs, and went to Freewheel when it moved. Your staff have always been very professional in answering all my questions and helping me with everything, from regular maintenance to new tubes, and new gear. I was not expecting, but really appreciated a tire fix at no cost within weeks of having put a new one on. Last year I had mentioned the idea of a trade-in for a new bike, and surprisingly enough, they didn't give me a hard sell, but actually told me that my bike was a really highly rated one should last me more years. I feel like they're being honest and are very reliable with me always. I will always recommend Freewheel to all my like-minded friends.

The initial sales person I talked to was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions about the bikes. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. I appreciate the chance to test-ride a few bikes out back. It really helped with my decision about what to buy.

They are always friendly and ready to help. I recently went in to get a bike lock for my Checkpoint and they gave me the screws to mount it. I would definitely recommend this shop.
