Freewheel in Eagan is great, if what I’m looking for doesn’t happen to be in the store, the staff will work with me to order it in. The service department is excellent; all of the service guys are incredibly friendly, helpful and adept…Tyson, in particular, has an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience that really can’t be matched.

Tyson did an excellent job in listening to what we wanted in an Ebike. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We visited 3 different bike shops prior to Freewheel. Freewheel was the first store that wowed us and helped us feel comfortable. The store was clean, organized, and stocked. I do not hesitate to tell friends and family when they ask me where to shop for a bike, Freewheel in Eagan and ask for Tyson.

I worked with Cody Condon. He provided excellent information and service in helping me find the best bike for my requirements. I started looking in the fall, he stayed in contact by email during the winter, and was ready to help when I finally selected a bike in the spring.
