Freewheel has a great selection of bikes at reasonable prices. They take the time to listen, and then recommend options that will meet your needs.

But what I like most is their service after the sale. They do great work, and fix it right the firtst time. When they are busy, they give you a date to bring in your bike, and then get the work done by the end of the next day. So you only miss a day or two of riding in the short MN summer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. I frequent both the Bloomington and Eden Prarie store and they are always accomadating and willing to help with any of my needs. Products can be a littly pricy but the service is exceptional. Will not consider shopping any where else. Keep up the good work.

FX 2 Gen 5 Small. 5th purchase of Trek bike.
I purchased online and confirmed order the next morning. I was purchasing a clearance bike in a specific size, so I wanted to make sure it was in stock and available to me or I would have to locate another shop. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable and efficient and confirmed they had the bike and put it on hold until the order went thru the system. I was informed the bike was ready for pickup in an extremely timely email and text. I picked up the bike added grips, they loaded the bike for me and I was in my way. Extremely and wonderful experience and would definitely purchase from FW again and tell all my friends to shop there. Excellent staff and experience. Thank you so much. Love love love the bike. I believe Trek makes some of the best quality bikes in the business, and your shop has many models to choose from.

The knowledgeable staff is top-notch and actually work on the bikes bs sending them out to another shop.

My third Trek electric bike. Lots of miles ridden and no issues whatsoever. Trek is quality.

Great and professional service. They helped me immediately with mounting my tire and installing a gear cassette on the same wheel at a very fair price. Wonderful bike shop. I highly recommended them.
