Very knowledgeable employees

I am actually not a huge fan of the bike brands Freewheel carries. I had to shift to Freewheel as a result of my bike shop for the past 10 years going out of business. I must say your staff and definitely the service team are a 10++. Han's and Mike rock BIGTIME. I was worried about pivoting back to a more of a big box bike shop when it pertains to service and these guys have made it very personal. I ride a LOT but am not a good mechanic so there are times when I don't want to give up my bike for days at a time. Both of these guys, especially Hans sees that and has been willing to perform minor adjustments on the spot which I REALLY appreciate.

I have been a long-time customer of Freewheel bike. Mike (repair) and Chris (sales) have always served my bike needs well. Most recently, Mike did an outstanding job repairing my bike after a serious recent accident. Freewheel has definitely earned my business!
