FX 2 Gen 5 Small. 5th purchase of Trek bike.
I purchased online and confirmed order the next morning. I was purchasing a clearance bike in a specific size, so I wanted to make sure it was in stock and available to me or I would have to locate another shop. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable and efficient and confirmed they had the bike and put it on hold until the order went thru the system. I was informed the bike was ready for pickup in an extremely timely email and text. I picked up the bike added grips, they loaded the bike for me and I was in my way. Extremely and wonderful experience and would definitely purchase from FW again and tell all my friends to shop there. Excellent staff and experience. Thank you so much. Love love love the bike. It is replacing a 2014 7.5 ~ aka my happy hour bike. Cheers.
