There are very few bike shops who handle recumbants in town. I was quite discouraged after leaving the other shop of ever finding a trike that would fit my needs. But Free Wheel opened my eyes to a totally different option that works perfectly for me. Great friendly, knowledgeable staff and great price, too.
Two extremely nice younger guys in there. Don’t recall the mechanics name but he’s been helpful numerous times. I don’t buy the new modern bike stuff and typically go for cables/tubes/tools but they are always helpful and knowledgeable about the older parts.

three wheel bike is very good at the work they do. I picked up my bike. It looked fabulous. He helped me load it into the car although I haven’t ridden it yet. It looks an awesome tiptop shape and I voiced a concern about a previous service order and he is going to look at that bike also to see what we might have missed on that service order. I highly recommend them for all your bike needs. I used to go to Eric’s but I will go to free wheel from this point forward.

Chris was extremely helpful. Spent two full separate visits educating me before I purchased my trike. This is the kind of medium size store red carpet service that makes a difference. I am all in on supporting this store and am buying another e bike this week for my wife !!!!

I think there is good service-beyond really. Last year a friend and I went to Eric's and left with no service then went to Freewheel and salesman was helpful even though, as my friend noted, he knew we weren't going to buy anything that day. My sister and I went to 2 Freewheels and went on test rides and I was allowed to try to put bikes in my car to see if I could; Eric's said I would have to pay first, not just give credit card. Very pleased with Freewheel
