The people at Freewheel in Bloomington were very patient and helpful compared with the other bicycle shops. They answered all my questions before and after buying. I tried out multiple models and sizes over several visits to pick out my new bicycle. They performed the initial checkout and follow up adjustments thoroughly.

Whenever I bring my bike in or have a question or need parts both Chris and Mike are always there to welcome and take care of me. There are not a lot of business were I feel this way.

Part of the reason I like Freewheel in Bloomington is I can bike to it! That would not be helpful if the staff was unfriendly and service poor. I find the service I get on my bike is great and the staff friendly and helpful. I take it in at the end of the season and get it back within a week. Then it’s ready that first Spring day when I can’t wait to ride!
