When I came in a tech looked at my shifting concern and fixed it while I was looking at gloves and helmets. Mine were 9 years old. And Mike was very nice and helpful on seelecting one.

John and Mike were great. From the time I first walked in John answered every question I had and showed me several options. He was never pushing me towards a more expensive bike, but listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right bike. His only concern was to make sure that I got the bike that best fit me. He answered all my questions about the bike, which there were plenty of since it was my first full suspension. They made sure I had everything I needed and was fully ready to hit the trails when I walked out the door. I would 100% recommend Freewheel and John to anyone who is looking to buy a new bike.

Mike was very helpful when I brought my e-bike in for a tune-up. I called another well known bike shop and since they didn’t handle the brand of bike I have they wouldn’t even look at it even though I just needed a tire repaired and a new chain.
