First, when entering Freewheel Bloomington, we were greeted by all the staff in such a friendly, kind, and enthusiastic manner! The layout of the store is also very open, well-organized, and full of (at least it seemed) natural light. All of the staff took the time to see if we had questions and also discussed the issues going on with the bicycle we brought in. I will be returning to this location, and I highly recommend it!!

Stopped in recently to have a pedaling noise diagnosed. Working with Darren was fantastic, as he was patient and thorough. In the end, he fixed the problem and charged me nothing because I am a regular customer! Now, that’s service! The best part is that this was not a unique experience at Freewheel for me. I literally get this kind of service every time I go there!!!

Bought my latest bike (Trek Checkpoint) from Freewheel. This is the best bike I have ever had, and it does everything I need. The service has always been outstanding! I lost all shifting in the rear yesterday (frayed cable), and Freewheel fixed it the same day!

Chris at the Bloomington store was extremely patient helping us better understand how the tadpole style (3-wheel) e-bike could give back riding confidence as balance has become a concern. We have rarely received this kind of customer service and support. Thank you Chris!

We brought our pre-owned TerraTrike into the shop to be fitted. It was challenging because they were fitting it to a very short rider, 4’ 11”. Freewheel had all the parts we needed in stock and we left with a perfectly fitted trike. Very pleased with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
