Very friendly and personable. I felt important. Tyler was very friendly and escorted me to the lobby and back to my car. They did my oil change and washed my car as well. I also saw Cindy who sold me my car. She remembered me and asked about a problem I had had when I first bought my car. They seem to really care about their customers and it's very refreshing in a world that lacks customer service. I would recommend Don Franklin to everyone.

We were treated very good. Everyone, especially Connor, was polite and respectful, not pressuring us. We never dreamed to get this good of a deal. After making our decision when we returned home, Connor had the Pathfinder delivered right to our front door, two and a half hours away.
Great service staff. Had oil change,tires rotated, factory recall. Reasonable time job was done. Love the new place!!

New building No Coffee for the waiting area for clients waiting to get car serviced??
No car wash when getting car serviced No longer?? Sad....My first experience in the new building was disappointing.....I hope this isn't the standard going forward, if it is the client experience is far from being a family experience that I experienced in years past.
