The fact that I was able to start out online connecting with Vanessa. She answered all the questions I had. She set up an appointment to come in for a test drive. Jordan Bernard meet us on the showroom floor. He took us out for the test drive. We love the vehicle. Started the negotiation on the price. All went very well with the negotiating it went very smoothly. Worked out our payment. We spoke with the financial person and i'm sorry I can't remember his name. I have never bought a car that went so smoothly, no pressure. We got to the dealership at 2:30 and walked out the door at 4, not a whole day's worth of going back-and-forth. As we were waiting, one of your cleaning ladies was cleaning and she was the nicest lady. My husband initiated talking to her. I want you to know that even your cleaning staff is very friendly. The key drop and allowing us to leave the car for the duration of the time it took to get the part and fix it was a great thing. The key drop was also great allowing us to bring the car the night before and didn’t have to miss work.
