This is the first time I have ever used a Jeffy Lube for my service. My car is seven years old and has always been maintenance by the Dealer. It was a great service - less cost from the Dealer and service was done fast! They checked my tires too and filled them appropriately - it was great! A friend said to use the Jeffy Lube in Clarksville Maryland and I would be happy and I was. The main Technician could not be any more helpful to me.
They were able to perform a variety of needed operations and the wait was surprisingly short. I have never had a complaint or call back with any repair or operation performed by this Q lube.
I've been coming to this location for several years to have my car serviced. The staff are all amazing.

I had asked for some feedback in regard to a leak I am noticing… they told me they would look and let me know when done. however after the service was completed, no one came back to discuss what was found with my car. I asked the girl who was checking me out and she said “they didn’t put any notes, so everything should be fine”. It would have been nice if the service rep came back to explain if they did or did not find the issue I was inquiring about. Now I’m unsure if they checked and will need to visit another location to have them recheck the same issue.

Well this is where I go for service, I was the first one there got filters changed with oil ,the team always let's me know what's going on with my car ,really know there job ,I was out in minutes and got to use my coupon, thanks team for a great job .

Everything was well explained and procedurally done regarding my service. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and don't keep you in the dark about what's going on. The only reason i rated an 8 was because upon receiving my car, i noticed black smudges on my car door handle, steering wheel, upholstery, and on the upholstery seating which i would have thought they'd have cleaned giving the fact that this was the first time i've seen it from my many visits here. Other than that, good job as always.
