The staff were courteous and transparent about pricing and did not try to up-sell me. They seemed like they had good integrity and did the requested work efficiently and for fair prices.

After specifically mentioning my washer fluid was totally empty & asking if they would fill, I was told yes, but it was not done. No update on tire pressures or mention my tire sensor was not working and they wiped windshield but not top of dash. Very disappointing visit.

Didn’t review anything with me, didn’t show me my filters, didn’t update me on the vehicle at all. Just changed the oil and went straight to ringing me up. Been going to jiffy lube for years. Will go somewhere else after this experience.
