After an initial pricing error, likely due to lack of communication on both sides, the issue was quickly addressed in a satisfactory way. In general, you shouldn’t judge people by the problem, but rather by what happens next to resolve it. Nobody is perfect but the team made great steps to make everything right. Thx!

I don’t care for the upsell. I came in primarily for an oil change because the dealer couldn’t get me in, and you were convenient. I didn’t expect them to start to take apart my engine and cabin air filters to try to sell me filters. They also tried to sell me a brake job which I didn’t want now. I don’t mean to be unfriendly or discourteous, but I really only want to get the oil and filter changed and fluids topped off, unless I ask when I come in. Also, pricing isn’t posted online or in your store and I felt like it was Let’s Make a Deal.
The cost was way more than listed on the website. Perhaps they automatically gave me the most expensive service, but that’s not what I would have chosen. Web site said $30-$70 for an oil change. My bill was over $100. I understand full synthetic is more expensive, but that’s higher than dealership prices. I’ll be a more aware consumer going forward.
The staff greeted me promptly. They took care of my car in a timely manner and communicated everything to me clearly.

Email follow up the only issue I have is that they overfilled my oil I knew as soon as I drove away took it home to check and the whole dipstick was covered in oil i had to drain it and put in the recommended amount of oil it was over a couple quartz and the fact I spent $161 it shouldn't happen I really didn't wanna do it myself I'm a busy person but I guess I need to do it from now on

Fast friendly service
They took care of me while I waited across the street at Reters with a nice Strawberries and Blackened Salmon salad. My car was finished and my AC worked just like when I bought it back in 2006. HONDA CIVIC HYBRID. It just wasn't cooling anymore and now it's great.
The guys at Reisterstown Jiffy Lube are really super great. I get my tires filled from them time to time and even my Harley Davidson Superglide Custom Anniversary Model.

Had oil change And tires rotated was told it would be discounted from 253.00 to 239.00 but was charged the 253.00 when I left there was a light linking on my car when I asked one of the guys came out and touched a button the light stopped blinking but today when I got into my car the light is still blinking and telling me to reset the tire sensor HELP

Everyone was very informative and I was in and out in no time
no waiting in line. everyone was working to move us in and out.

The waiting area was wonky, it wasn't clear where I should go when I first drove in, and the computer system was down for a bit. It didn't affect my time, but didn't make me nervous since everyone was aware of it.
