Stopped by Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change and was really impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They walked me through what they were doing and even checked my fluids and tire pressure. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The waiting area was clean, and the whole process felt efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick and reliable oil change.
I LIKED THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES WORKING, DOING THEIR DESIGNATED JOB AND GETTING IT DONE. :)
It was relatively quick and straight forward. I received notice and recommendations for possible issues that I didn't come to correct.
I will return for other service visits.
$101.00 for an oil change—that's outrageous. The alleged free vacuuming was not done. I was told the suction was poor, but they didn’t even try at all.
The oil change before Saturday I watched the young lady take a screwdriver to open up the car hood. She never looked near the passenger door to see if there was a lock and she told me she did a screwdriver maneuver all the time. I don’t think that’s a good practice. I don’t think that if the machines and equipment are working then we should be charged full price i.e. Vacuum, Jiffy Lube has worked yourselves out of my budget: Overpriced services, poor work practices, no vacuuming, I’m done.
