My car was not fully vacuum, only the front. I paid $134 dollars to have my car
I was charged for coolant even though it should have been obvious to any mechanic or car technician that my AC unit is broken and therefore the coolant was an extra unnecessary charge ($149 extra to be exact). In addition, there was no updated oil change/mileage sticker put on my car and the oil change sign is still flashing/not reset (which is standard any time you get an oil change. for the It would be great if I was given a voucher or something to supplement the money I wasted on a useless service.
From the moment my telephone call was answered by Chuck, I was pleased with my choice to contact Jiffy Lube in Pasadena for my oil change. Chuck greeted politely and was upbeat ending his greeting with "where you do not need an appointment." I laughed and said he had just answered the question I had, did I need to make an appointment.
Once I arrived, a little after 9:00 a.m., Gacia greeted me at my car. He was professional and kind directing me to the waiting area where there were magazines, coffee and TV. Within a short time, he reviewed his assessment of my vehicle and asked what services I wanted to proceed with.
Within 15 minutes, I was at the service desk, where Chuck was reviewing my bill with me. My $10 coupon did not work so Chuck used a coupon he had -- success! I felt the price was reasonable for all the services provided.
I was thoroughly pleased and mentioned it to the manager, Justin, who was extremely professional as well and appreciated my feedback. I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube location. Thanks to the entire team!
I have brought my car and my son's car to Reisterstown Jiffy Lube on numerous occasions. Everyone there is courteous, extremely helpful and goes out of their way to provide great service. I brought my car from my home, which is 40 minutes away, to have them check it out before I went on vacation. They checked my oil, filled my tires, and sent me on my way, free of charge!

I typically visit this Jiffy Lube location because of the consistent professionalism—and nothing has changed. The team is always courteous, efficient, and respectful of my time. I’m usually in and out quickly, and I appreciate that they don’t try to oversell unnecessary services. I'm extremely grateful for these guys and the honest, reliable service they continue to provide. Highly recommended.

You're doing well
You're prices are way to high. Don't include vacuuming if your employees don't want to do it and don't take it seriously. Very bad vacuuming job.
Too expensive. A friend referred me and was shock when i told him the price I paid. Since then talked to a few place that will charge around $100 for what i got even with my type of vehicle.
I was told that my oil change was $172 for a Honda Civic. I was told the prices went up. I can inside the shop I looked at the pricing chart and it said $105 for fully synthetic oil change up to 5 quarts. I asked how many quarts my car takes and I was told 3.7 quarts. I said then why is my oil change so high and I was told because of the taxes. So I said that taxes aren’t 70% in Maryland. The person said that they gave me a discount and charge me about $90. I told him that I would never be back.
I've been to this location many times for just an oil change. They are always happy to take care of anyone who drives up and thoroughly check everything on each car. They explained to me what my car needs and they don't try to upsell me. All the staff members were fast, friendly, and professional. No issues and quick service (less than 20 minutes). I used a coupon and they honored it with no problem. I was very happy with the service. Thank you all!

The oil filter looks like it was not attached right as their is not of oil around it and all over the engine and the belts so the low oil light is on and the belts squeel so I'll need to have the belts replaced. I just had the oil change done on 7/5 and haven't driven much. Screwing up attaching the oil filter should not be a mistake a place that mostly does oil changes does
