I told them I just need an oil change because I knew they would try and sell me tires, breaks, air filters, etc even though I knew what needed replacing and what didn’t. I had my breaks replaced, rotors and pads in march yet somehow I need new ones again 4 months later even though I stay up to date on all the maintenance on my car and check everything often. I watched them pull my car in and pop the hood then tell me I need all this stuff done. No one actually looked at my breaks, tires, air filters. They brought a random dirty air filter that wasn’t even from my car in to the waiting area and tried to say it was from my car and needed replacing. Stop trying to scam people and just do what’s asked and offer what’s actually needed they would get way more business. Don’t call me or email me either.
