very. pleasant, quick and efficient
When we went the service was top notch but after I left I realized that someone had been in my bag. And something’s were missing. After returning I was not able to find it and the guy that worked on my car had an attitude and he was high as a kite the item that was taken was marijuana that I got from the dispensary. If it wasn’t for the cloud floating employee I would have gave 100 %. I hope he got fired and warning don’t leave anything in the car

I was disappointed with the service I received during my visit to the Clarksville, MD location on July 18, 2025.
My car had fewer than 50,000 miles, but I was advised to get a radiator flush. After checking my owner’s manual, I found that this service isn’t recommended until 120,000 miles. It felt like the recommendation was based more on upselling than on my car’s actual maintenance needs.
This experience made me question whether I can trust future recommendations. I expect honest guidance that follows manufacturer guidelines—not pressure to approve unnecessary services.

The whole service was a great experience
Took forever, they were pushy for more work, they broke something off my wheel. Thankfully they repaired it at no cost, but it added about an hour of work

Employees and manager were very friendly and helpful. My husband and Zi are both handicapped and they went above and beyond to help us. The brought out the filters to the vehicle to show us that they did not need replaced. Everyone was very respectful.
