The tech did not listen to me. I repletely had to ask for an oil change and that was it. He attempted to talk me in circles and kept adding items to the estimate that I did not want or ask for while be condescending. He also moved the computer screen so I could not see what he was adding. He also said my windshield wipers were bad. I informed him that I had them replaced 2 months ago. He ended up replacing an air filter that I did not ask for. He said he was going to put the air filter on the invoice as a recommendation. I was shocked to see I was charged for one. I liked that everyone was pleasant and greeted me upon entering the facility. I also like that service was fast and the rep explained what was done and needed to be done.
Sometimes they forget to top off my wiper fluid, reset the oil change reminder, or give me a new sticker. My oil was completely empty before the next service was due which makes me wonder if they really gave me the proper amount to begin with. Good thing my husband checks it regularly!

It was quick and they no longer try to scare you in to having other services done. They still ask but it’s more of a soft sell!

Very friendly and very quick. Did not appear to have the windows cleaned. Also I thought in the past when reviewing the service they always shared what the tire pressure was prior to inflating.
How quickly they did the job
Brandon is on his game. He provides superior customer service all the time everytime. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Altoona Jiffy Lube lives up to it's name. !!!
