I was told about / sold services that were then not able to be completed - I was told my car was too rusty for a differential fluid change, and that they “couldn’t get the nuts off my wheels” to rotate my tires (my dad got all the nuts off at home with hammer help). I left with a fine oil change, but was disappointed I couldn’t get anything else done. The staff was great but seemed busy and wanted to get people in and out. I don’t need a follow up. Thanks.

The entire team was fast, efficient, and thorough. Ryan, Ryan, and the gentleman that did my car intake (name started with a D I believe) were all so friendly and personable.
The young man that greeted me was very helpful. He explained to me everything about the service I was getting. They did a great job, I will definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Level of service and speed
In 20 minutes, they changed the oil, rotated the tires, and changed the cabin filter!!! Awesome!

The mechanics took me in ask what I needed to do today and recommended other areas that needed proper care. They always do it in a timely manner and took great care of my car.

I have lived in the area near this JiffyLube location for more than 15 years, and for a long time I routinely took my car there for oil changes and other fluid and other updates, as well as replacing headlight bulbs and wiper blades and the like. Between driving far far less in the last five years and having my oil changes timed with other maintenance and repair at my regular repair shop, I have gone less frequently in the last three or four years. This trip was a little bothersome. My car information, via plate number, etc,, has always been in the system, but it appeared to be nowhere available to anyone this time. I had no idea if what I was being told about my car's needs were accurate. It was a different crew and they seemed much less knowledgable of who the customers were. I was told I had a choice of oils to use, and when I asked what the difference was in relation to how old my car was and its history, his answer was to tell me the price, and nothing else. I was also told about power steering fluid needing replacement, but was not shown any proof that it really did. Also, no explanation of why the price was so high. And the usual questions about filters and the like and the condition they were in, were never asked. It was a very distant, businesslike, assembly-line conveyor belt-type of interaction. No real rundown afterward to summarize the work afterward, just pointed to where to pay. Then I was handed the keys at the counter after paying, instead of at my car. It really felt impersonal, especially since I had come there so many times over the years. I left there feeling as if they maybe missed something, and now several days later I still have that feeling.

I went to a JL a few miles from the Oxon Hill location and was told they couldn't service my vehicle because they didn't have the tools.. I've been taking my Audi to JL for almost 9 years and had never heard about a tool issue before (maybe that is why there weren't many customers). The filter, I bring with me because I'm aware that may not always be in stock.
The Oxon Hill location was friendly and full. But they expediently finished the vehicles and communicated with the customers and each other to resolve and move things along. After years of great experiences from your Bladensburg, MD team, I'm happy I found another quality location.
