I like several things about my last visit.
1. The way I was greeted when I pulled up to the Bay.
2. They went over what was recommended for my vehicle before performing service and told me what it would cost.
3. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they completed my service needs, and gave me recommendation for future service on my vehicle.

Glad I got my oil changed. I really liked my car was vacuumed out. After having a sour day it made me smile. Every Jiffy Lube DOES NOT follow their protocol but this location did. You got a loyal customer. For sure!

Get "it" right the first time by hiring people who aren't affair to "put in the work". Also pay a little more which could contribute to having good employees. It's like the crew at that location weren't trying not to do too much, because I called that early morning I was told to be there before four pm, and if afterwards my needed work would be the day. People aren't getting paid much these times which creates work atmosphere like this one I dealt with.
