Quick service and customer service..
It's always professional it's always clean and that's my biggest thing with any Jiffy Lubes I go to. The management staff to the entire team there is a wonderful again very professional I look forward to coming back again.

The staff member that met me at my car did not greet me in the usual way I am use to at this Jiffy Lube. He did not welcome me, nor did he ask what services I needed. I had to tell him what services I wanted. Don't know if he was just having a bad day, but not a good impression.

Car started leaking oil sometime after I had oil changes last week. Just noticed a puddle under the car last night. I had to leave town this morning but will need to take it back to jiffy lube as soon as I return.

Competency and friendly
Information about needed repairs provided without the usual “dire straits” drama many women experience at the mechanic’s shop. I was able to research it myself and their pricing was much lower than if I went to the dealership. The only ding I have is that they overrode some of my programming for the features on my truck but I figured it out and redid it myself. Otherwise, a continued great experience!
