I am impressed with how they show and explain what work is needed and why instead of just simply telling you what they're going to do. It makes someone with little mechanical knowledge feel reassured that they aren't being taken advantage of. The staff is also really nice. Only slight negative is that the waiting room can get a bit crowded.
They were very busy when I arrived, probably 6 cars in front of mine. I asked how long they estimated an oil change to take and they said 20 minutes and we’re done in about 15! The entire stafff was very nice and efficient

I was so disappointed by the customer service rendered to me ..I can point finger to the said manager who had unprofessional attitude I never thought will happen in that place since I started getting service there in 2007 to date… there was a manager named James there .. he was awesome, amazing man

Service was fast and you didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want.
I thought the service was slow. I had a $15.00 coupon that expired on the 31st and when I first presented it, I was told that the coupon was expired. After I inquired why it expired, a different individual accepted the coupon. My general impression is there is more interest in trying to find problems with the cars, that changing oil.

Professional and courteous crew
The old man who rung me up was extremely rude to me for no reason. According to my receipt his name is William. I know for a fact he wouldn’t have said what he said to me if I was a man. But he spoke to me in the tone because I’m a young woman. Everyone else I encountered was nice, but I wouldn’t send anyone here by chance they’d have to speak with William. 0 stars for the old man with an attitude. I won’t be coming here anymore.
