Provide full and accurate manufacturer reccomendations. The service your team recommended to me was only necessary if I hauled heavy loads, use a car top carrier, or used my vehicle to tow, none of which I do. I listened to your team's recommendation and paid for something I did not need.

Everything! their system is Amazing. From the time you pull on the lot. My recent visit was the fastest oil change I've ever seen. The organization of equipment is like an assembly line. I've been there 2 times before and same thing. The most amazing thing is that they are open on a Sunday. OMG! Kudos the crew and the company!

Never been to a Jiffy Lube ever. Great customer service, pricing was competitive and the entire process of how the operation/ model of the structure is a great idea. In and out so quickly. Definitely going back again today to take the wife's car in! 2 days in a row of Jiffy Lube! It's like an amusement park!

Great service and quick process
I dropped the car off, handed a guy the keys, walked across the parking lot for lunch, came back, paid, and drove away. Doesn't get any easier than that.
Friendly Associates, informed me of things I needed done to my car.
Even though the staff was extremely busy, they took the time with each and every customer including myself. When my car was done, they did a great job inside cleaning the car and got me out and on the road much faster than I thought when I pulled up. There were four vehicles in the bay and I was third in line outside. But, I was finished within 30 minutes. They were all very kind and even attached a metal plate that had come loose under me car. Awesome job!
Great service, quick, attentive to my needs and were met. Only problem is why you continue to charge extra for an oil filter for a car that is so popular with people. Get with it. Lou is a very good manager.
