How quick and efficient the staff was
This particular Jiffy lube has great leadership where they value the customer and welcome them back without the overselling bs you get at all the other ones, EX -the other ones. They vacuumed my car too. None of your locations are doing this anymore. look at my receipts I get around.

Very professional and reliable staff
I have a 2019 Chevy Cruze and requested a new cabin air filter. The techs were unable to change the filter and told me I had to go to a dealer to have it changed because the whole dash had to come off. When I search YouTube there are many diy videos that show the filter being changed in under 10 minutes. I believe they should have been able to change the air filter and I believe they are not properly trained.
The service w as very quick.

Quick in and out service
They take care of my car. They let me know what maintenance was due and they replaced the rear brake pads and rotors that I had scheduled with them for this morning...a snowy day at 9am. They were there, happy to see me. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 min.
