Put brakes on me for the last three times I’m very pleased with the work however, I am not pleased with the quality of the brake pads. They are wearing way too quickly last half the amount of time that my factory brake pads work.

Quick and they were very nice. When I turned down additional service, they didn't balk. They also told me my cabin filter didn't need replacing. The car was cleaned inside too. Very nice.
Just outstanding
Our service person had the correct tool to remove my Toyota Prius oil filter; I had been to two other places that advertise oil changes and apparently they were unable to service my car for an oil change due to lack of correct tools. Jiffy lube wins in my view!

I have been using this location since I moved here in 2008 and I really liked the service and the people but for the past two times I was very disappointed. The first time since the change in staff the customer service was mm otvtgere at all and I gave out t a second try this time it was much better but the service was not there. My tire pressure light was on when I walked in and it was on when the car was done and when I asked the staff iig they checked the tire pressure because the light is poo n and they told me the light was on when I came in lol really? They asked me to come around so they can add air and they had to add air on all four tires.
Great consumer service
The people are nice. The Jiffy Lube sales tactics need to stop. I was told I needed 2 front tires for 500$, rear brakes and rotors, a fuel system flush, a coolant system flush, and a differential fluid change. I would have spent about 2,000$ if I followed their advice. I asked for an oil change which by the way ended up being over 100$. No, I don't want a follow up. I stopped going there 2 years ago after they pressured my daughter into doing air filter changes and she told them no but they did it anyway. I won't be back, not sure why I went back today. It did give me a reminder of why I don't use Jiffy Lube anymore.
The price is too high! And was not able to use a coupon that was on the website.
