When you go there the team takes care of you they tell you they have water and coffee if you like when it comes to your car they tell you the real deal so that’s why I like going there

One of your employees humiliated me and called me a liar in front of all the employees. They gave me a price for 3 services, then changed the price after they had completed 2 of the services. Once the price changed, I no longer wanted the extra service. Just what I initially asked for. They did the extra service before they did what I came for. I then only wanted the oil change, but they called the police and I was forced to pay for the other service I no longer wanted. Especially after the way I was treated. The police addressed me in front of the other customers in the waiting room. Utter humiliation.

I strongly dislike being upsold on services. It feels annoying and, frankly, predatory—especially toward women who may be pressured into paying for things they don’t actually need. I’m from Southern Virginia, where people are used to working on their own cars and understanding basic maintenance. Hearing a service advisor tell a woman that her air filter needs to be “repaired,” or that she must use European synthetic oil, was incredibly frustrating. Because of that experience, I won’t be returning.

Quick, courteous and well done..
It was getting dark and I had a splitting headache but needed my oil changed and my taillights replaced. The cashier came out to raise the lights. I asked if she could leave it dim until I'm done because of my headache and she said sure no problem. Also made a fresh pot of coffee for me to see if the caffeine would help with the headache and it did. Kudos to her for great customer service!! Thank you 😊
