1. The waiting area was filthy. The air purifier was on the floor and full of dirt on the exterior, the floor was dirty also.
2. When I arrived I stated that I only needed an oil change, nothing more, but as usual I was presented with how hot my engine block was and that I needed an oil stabilizer. My question to tech was oil purifier does not run my engine but rather the engine oil. He immediately got an attitude.
3. You offer complementary interior vacuum but you couldn't tell that it was done with care. Dirt still on the mats and on the sides of where the mats lay. It would have been better to just not do it at all.
3 At check out I asked about my senior citizen discount and this same tech that tried to sell me oil stabilizer had an irritated look on his face as if he was mad that I even asked. I offered to show my id but he never acknowledged me. To that end I wasn't told what the discount amount was rather he just gave me my final total. I looked at the receipt and it was only $5.00. It's not about the money, it's about customer service.
I have been going to this location for over 8 years now and can't say that I will continue. I could have easily gone to the dealership for this service.
If you staff members are not equipped to handle customers, customer questions then maybe they should not be in this position.
I don't need a follow up call or email, I simply will be taking my service elsewhere.

My car completely broke down after I had $540 worth of work done to my car and I will never use Jiffy Lube again. I should have just got a oil change but the workers there was saying that I needed other things done to my car. I went in on a Saturday and by Tuesday my car was riding ruff and my engine light was blinking. I took it back to this location and they recommended me to a different shop where they told me that my car has different issues and that my car was down and I would need almost $3000 worth of work to get it back in running .
I know you where busy the day I was there but say you did something you didn’t ( vacuumed my car) How do I know you did the other things you said you did

Excellent service
I was told when paying my bill the windshield was washed. I got in my truck to leave. The windshield was clearly not washed. The film of dirt on it, same as when I came in. It made me question what else might of said was done and wasn't. I paid for the most expensive oil. Was I truly given that. I don't care if the windshield was washed, just don't lie about it. Not good business.
Fast and cheap service
I was treated with kindness and respect by all the employees. They were quick and efficient. I was so relieved that I could get my headlights replaced, as both of them were out and my regular mechanic is only open Monday through Friday. Jiffy Lube really saved me and I will totally recommend it to others. Thank you!!
Explained what my vehicle needed. Nice people to talk to. Would definitely recommend anyone there.

telling me my oil was low when it was not I told them the front end of my 98 Lincoln had grease fittings and I wanted it greased they did not do that also trying to sell me new windshield wiper blades when I already had new windshield wiper blades telling me my antifreeze was no good when I know it was I don't like a lot of BS when I'm having my car messed with

These guys know me and always take care of my vehicle. Super employees there.
The man who talked to me about my car had great ‘people’ skills. He educated me, but wasn’t pushy or condescending. He was genuine and I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or that my questions were bothersome, both of which I have often felt when at the dealership with my car.
I also appreciated the expediency of the service…boom! In and out!
I will be returning for future service needs.
