Great customer service.
First, my mechanic was extremely professional person. He introduced himself and got down to work he asked questions to resolve the issue. Again, he was very professional, diligent and did a good job representing himself and Jiffy Lube.

Went there on Saturday sat in line as the waiting room was full so sat there for over 1hur 45 minutes watched 3 workers standing around talking and nothing being done after 50 minutes two other vehicles/customers had left I watched as nothing was getting completed so I left
I was supposed to get a vacuum with my service. They only partially vacuumed the front, completely disregarding the back.
Fast, respectful, clear, and concise
coffee machine wasn't working right and spilled water all over the table and my clothes. Prices definitely went up. Invoice says my carpets were swept. That never happened I assure you. Other than that, service was okay. I went early so I would not have to wait that long. I was done about 40 minutes later.

I gave the shop a second chance after the last time I had to return twice because my truck was smoking after the tech repeatedly told me it was ok. I was never told the exact issue and left very unsatisfied. Out of an urgency I came this last time and although I had a different experience I am still hesitant to return in the future.
Everything was great except my oil filter wasn't in stock and I had to go pick one up and come back. But everything was great overall. I understand you can't keep every filter in stock at all times.
