What could we do to improve?

Good service. It wasn's as inexpensive as I had hoped. My car requires synthetic motor oil which I guess was the issue. I will compare the cost of the same service with Pep Boys to see who is more affordable. I want to sink as little money into this car as possible.

I came in for oil change and nobody told me how much the oil change was you guys say you’re vacuum clean my car wash my windows and that was already done when I came there. I was charged $150 for a oil change and now something is wrong with my stirring column what did y’all do to my car

I said I wanna change my oil for 5,000 miles while they changed for 3,000 miles then I went back for complain they said we’re sorry coz it’s our company policy or it’s depends on weather bla bla..
That’s not acceptable doesn’t matter whats going on if I want 5,000 it’s should be 5,000 miles.
