How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

I was happy with the Tech who reviewed everything with me. However, I wanted the next service to be at 5,000 miles, not 3,000 miles since I am exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations by using full synthetic oil. I have made this request in the past at the Jiffy Lube location in Clarksville, MD with no issues. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube.

Things were fine, people were friendly, but i can get an oil change plus tire rotation for nearly $50 less at other nearby businesses.
