90 bucks for oil change absurd
Customer service was excellent, I needed to get a few things done. They did them in a timely manner.

I noticed that your salesperson took time to sit down with two white women and discuss everything service detail needed for their cars. Me a black man was not I repeat was not given the same common courtesy when it came to discussing what was needed for my vehicle. The last time I had a cabin filter sitting on the front seat of my vehicle and they gladly installed it no charge. This time they tried to charge me $39 to install my own cabin filter. I thought that was ridiculous. So I will not be going back to that particular location ever again. Matter of fact I have instructed my entire family and my church family not to use that location ever again.
It was fast and the staff was professional
I have always had positive interactions with the people who work at this Jiffy Lube. The gentlemen who helped me this time were professional, kind, and engaging.
I was taken right as I got there and it only took about 10 minutes. Everyone was so nice and polite!

There were 2 times when my tire pressures were at the proper pressure when I left. That was when I said not to touch it because I had already adjusted them.
Correct tire pressure is 33 psi
March 27, 2025 they were 42 psi when I left.
Have even had them all at various pressures from 35 to 45 . Not sure who you ha e checking thsmese, but they need more training.
The service that I received is fantastic. All of the associates were AWESOME. From the moment I pulled up until being checked out everything was smooth!!! I always do back to back visits with my wife's car as well.
