The guy that greeted me was great. The issue was that I was charged extra for things I didn’t ask for to be done. And when I asked about it I got a snarky response from the guy that helped me check out.

Quick, efficient service with professionalism.
It seems a little expensive. Usually the mechanics are super friendly. This visit they were just business-like.
I requested for a tire rotation but I forgot about lug nut so you were unable do it. However you removed or loosen the other nuts. While driving i noticed the tires were swinging . Stopped on I-70 highway and notice 6 nuts were missing. 3 were loose and 3 tires completely damaged. Spent the whole night waiting for assistance and after 14 hours got help from a passerby who charged me $900 for 3 tires. He removed the three tires drove to Pittsburgh and replaced them. It was my worst experience ever.

Immediate coirteous friendly greeting. Prompt maintenance attention on vehicle. Needed maintenance was what I was expecting and asked for cabin filter although they said it wasn’t very dirty. Vacuum service a surprise and thorough. Remembered to reset car maintenance reminder in system. Waiting area clean.
