I was greeted promptly and the series were clearly explained. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Some additional services were suggested. One I accepted and others I did not. But I did not feel pressured into services I did not want. The time to complete the service was just what I expected

My vehicle a ford escape mileage requires for an oil change is 10,000 miles. The policy listed on the wall is incorrect. Fix the policy.

Your techs told me the battery was at 44%, and needed to be replaced. I had the battery tested at Autozone that afternoon, and it was at 77%. Either your techs were lying to try and sell a battery, or they are using a bad battery tester, and giving every customer that comes through bad information about their battery. A battery does not swing from 44% to 77% in a day. I think Jiffy Lube just lost a customer today, me.

Everyone who I encountered was very nice and professional.

I have been using this location since 2008 but lately have become disappointed. They are charging way too much which is probably due to having too much staff that stand around not doing much. My last oil change and tire rotation took 30 minutes with no cars ahead of me and was going to cost $160 until I complained. The other car they were working on almost slid off the lift and they mentioned nothing to the owner. My receipt said they vacuumed my vehicle when they clearly didn’t. I sat there watching a bunch of employees standing around my vehicle doing nothing so now I’m wondering what else did they lie about?
