Full service not completed, including vacuuming carpet. Rush job. Several concerns about service not addressed. Oil change cost too high. No need to phone or email.

I paid $97 for my oil change. The next day while driving my oil light came on. When I checked the dip stick, there was no measurable oil on the stick. I contacted the closest Jiffy Lube, not,the one where the oil change was performed. The technician told me there was only 2 quarts of oil in the crankcase. This oil was drained and he added 5.1 quarts. He also told me that the gasket on the oil plug was missing, however there was no oil wetness in the area. He installed a new oil plug and gasket. All at no charge. Fortunately for me the lack of oil in the crankcase did not cause me any damage. I will now drive the extra distance (15) miles to the second location, never to return to the Reisterstown branch

How quick inconvenient
I came to get my signature oil change as I have done many times. I was told I need a serpentine belt replaced and agreed to have one put in. The wrong part was purchased and had to be reordered and because I had waited so long that day for my car to be fixed the supervisor was kind enough charged me half price for my oil change. I returned that Thursday to have serpentine belt put. I informed the person in charge that day that some lights were on in my dashboard that was not there prior to me coming to get oil change. He assured me they would check the lights out. After they were done and I went to leave I noticed the lights were still on in the dashboard, so I went in and reported the lights were still on. The young man in charge basically said nothing could be done about it and I left. I called a mechanic to look at my vehicle and the mechanic stated that Jiffy Lube left something in the car unplugged. I am annoyed because something that simple Jiffy Lube did not recheck.

I don't feel like the weather was bad enough - as in not currently raining and not extremely hot - to not do the vacuum or windshield, but other than that it was what I expected.

You said I need to change my oil every 5,000 miles but Toyota web site says my hybrid rav4 can go 10,000 miles before changing the oil. What gives?
The first 15-minute oil change I’ve received from the Jiffy Lube chain—I was impressed! The greeting mechanic was nice and personable as well as there were kids toys my daughter could play with in the waiting room. I’ve been going to another Maryland jiffy lube location for the last 2 years and never received such fast and comfortable service; even the waiting room environment felt more relaxed! I’ll be back for sure!

You did not have the required air filter for my truck. Additionally, have you checked the price of a cabin air filter? Please don't tell me you don't control prices.
On a positive note, the young man explaining the air filters and price was very polite. Once he gets a little longevity at the shop, he will be able to speak with more conviction. He is a nice guy.
