They didn’t fill up my windshield wiper fluid like I’m used to. I have to take an extra step to go buy some and fill it myself. I paid all that money and didn’t get what I fully paid for.

Only issue I experienced with this shop is it needs better waiting accommodations, too many people waiting a in a very small area and the pull up back area is too small. The staff was polite and helpful so I would recommend Jiffy Lube but to a different location due to the inadequate space reason.

Any time I come in for an oil change there is always upselling and overcharging for things that cost so much less. A lot of fees are overcharged and I'm glad I'm aware now and will not allow it to happen again moving forward.

I brought my car in for an oil change only (and the topping of fluids, air in tires and most importantly after oil change, a vacuuming of my car.
It was early in the morning and a mechanic was running late to work. To compensate the garage being short handed, my extremely messy back seat was not vacuumed.
After asking about vacuuming before paying, I was told this and my car was brought back into the garage and taken care of. (Actually, I should have scored them higher for doing this in a FRIENDLY manner)
Also, no questions were asked of me about my wishes or my car's performance.
I'll certainly be back; I've been using the Pasadena JL for many, many years.
IMO just because a shop is short handed, the customer should not be short changed, unless a big $ discount is given.

It’s not so much a disappointment it just the cost of how much an oil change cost now. I mean I understand labor cost and cost of the product but over $100 is a bit crazy to me. The jiffy lube staff in Annapolis is so kind and this is no reflection on them at all.
