Super fast and super polite.
Stop telling people something need to be replaced and later tell them, oh your brake fluid is fine. That's lying to the consumer just to get an extra buck. We're supposed to trust your staff. I honestly will not go back to that location, the trust is gone.
I came to this Jiffy Lube because they were open an hour later than my usual location, and I’m so glad I did.
For context, I used to get a fleet discount through my former employer (a local plumbing company), and even after I left the company, I continued going to the Jiffy Lube near my home. But there’s been a lot of staff turnover there, and lately the energy feels more like the team enjoys each other more than the customers. I’m usually directed to stay in the car, and when you do that there — they don’t vacuum. So my car never gets that little extra touch.
This location was completely different.
The team here was friendly, attentive, and actually seemed happy to help. I had a bunch of personal items on the floor of my car, but the young lady still vacuumed — she didn’t toss anything or act bothered, she just organized things as best she could and made it look neat. And she drove my car in herself, which normally gives me anxiety at the other location, but I genuinely felt comfortable with her.
The best part? A team member smiled and said, “Hey, you’re family now.”
It was simple, but since I don’t have much family in the area, that really made me feel welcome.
Great energy, great service, and a team that makes you feel seen.
Kudos to this crew — I’ll be coming here from now on. 👏🏽🚗✨

Very good customer service, updated me the needs of my car and they let me know what the cost was.
The man at the desk was rude. He was on the phone and I silently waited for him to acknowledge me. Once he was off the phone he still would not look at me or speak to me. I had to finally say excuse me can I check on the status of my car and pay?
He replied when I finish. Then moments later he says " what do you need". The exchange continued to no be customer friendly.

No receipt, so I don’t know what I paid for, although I went for an oil change.
Service man said that I needed brakes and rotors. Received a second opinion which disputed that I needed either at this time. No conversation about other maintenance issues outside of the brakes although I have 4 bald tires.
I don’t think I will be returning to Jiffy Lube. Ever.

I've always felt Jiffy Lube Service to be my service center of choice. Unfortunately this visit lacked the vehicle service I appreciate, the service top offs, windshield cleaning and vacuuming was not done. My first time back in years after noticing my oil was low. I will be check for that tomorrow.

The manager Lou takes excellent care of me & gave me a great discount. He is very personable & friendly. He is one of the reasons I keep going back. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for about 30 years & I take all my cars there for service.
