The service was very quick and efficient and the technician did not to try to up-sell me on anything.
professional, courteous, I would like to see a list of the services received during a visit. The list has acronyms like fos, abs, etc. and I don't know what they mean. The staffer was nice enough to explain and write out the meaning of each acronym, but there should be a cheat sheet that can be handed out to the customer to alleviate any questions. Otherwise, a good visit. Got through quickly.
