the associates acted very nice towards me
The cover was not installed under the car, which caused damage to the cover, which scared me while driving the car. I visited your second branch to have the tire repaired, and they told me that I could not install it. Go back to the branch that serviced my vehicle and the vehicle that I purchased from Avis Company. What do you think should be done?

The staff was very friendly and explain the needed work, the only problem was how high the price gone up since the last visit .

Staff was not friendly, did not go over services rendered or mention about the top off policy.
Did not remove my old oil sticker from last service, just stuck the new one on right below the old one, the simple fact that they skip that step out of pure laziness, makes me question what other steps the employees skip that we can't see.
I have been coming here for over 6 years and this is the first time I had a bad experience

Excellent customer service, the gentlemen were courteous and professional! There was an incident there where an older gentleman passed out in the parking lot area and the crew was quick to tend to him until the ambulance came. Major props for their quick response!
The staff there is a cut above: knowledgeable, courteous, skilled and thoughtful. I make it a habit to only visit this location any time my vehicle needs servicing because I know that they will provide quality care promptly, as well as show professionalism throughout their service.
I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the fluids The next thing I know the mechanic came out and said there was a miscommunication that they took my cabin air filter out and it was in pieces they refused to make this right recommending me to get a new air filter but would not replace it saying they got it back in and that they normally take them out for an oil change I know this incorrect and I had to pay for my own to put back in because Alexander geiser The general manager of scalp avenue jiffy lube refuse to make it right I will be contacting the better Business bureau regarding this unprofessional service I have been at jiffy lube many times and have never had this issue this was a poor experience to tell me you went inside my car and took out my cabin air filter and because it was a miscommunication and you did not take it out properly and destroyed it and then to put it back in in pieces and then tell me you recommend me to get a new air filter is ridiculous I did not ask for that service I asked for an oil change The level of professionalism and good business was not there

Everyone was friendly. We were kept updated on the status of our car and knew when to expect it to be done. I appreciated the updates but also wouldn’t have expected them since service was so quick. Customer service was great!
