I arrived at last Saturday at 4:39pm and could not get an oil change. The workers reported that those that change oil left (for the day...lights were off downstairs and no one was there). I expect that when the shop is open I can get an oil change. They said, "it had been slow for the last hour"

I arrived at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, December 30, and waited until 10:20 before a technician flagged me to pull forward toward bay #1, which was occupied by one vehicle for the entire time. I watched several technicians wandering around in slow motion, as if confused or lost while servicing other vehicles that also sat with hoods up for long periods of time in the other two bays. One of them finally approached my vehicle to inquire about the service my vehicle needed and suddenly, I realized what the problem was. He wreaked of weed, a sickening odor that also permeated the customer waiting area. I’ve been a Jiffy Lube customer for more than 30 years and have had issues with this facility (Crain Highway/Crofton MD) where tire rotations and other vehicle maintenance (other than oil changes) make it impossible to be serviced in a more timely manner. I was there for just under an hour for a visit that should have taken 15-20 minutes. It’s called “Jiffy” Lube for a reason, right? The employees are lackadaisical and lack any understanding of courtesy that would encourage customers to return. Aside from the disgusting exposure to their consumption of weed, the people who own and/or manage this facility should be concerned about the dangers these employees face, not only to themselves as they navigate around the grease pits while servicing vehicles, but also customers whose vehicles are being driven into and out of the service area. To say I was appalled and outraged by this visit would be an understatement. To say I will never return, is absolutely true.
