Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I did not feel pressured.
The staff was pleasant even though it was extremely cold weather outside. They attended to me upon pulling up and directed me to the waiting area where it was clean and warm. I was offered hot tea and the young man provided Splenda instead of sugar. We looked at my vehicle history while discussing an action plan for my vehicle. I received a free Christmas toy for my kid while I was there, which was a nice surprise. I was then helped to my car with the toy and hot tea in hand. I’m pleased with the experience and will be a returning customer.

I will make it short and sweet. You charged me $59.99 for an in-cabin air filter that I could've purchased from Auto Zone, Walmart, etc., from $11.00 to $26.00 depending on the brand.
