On time
They found the coolant tank empty and I then took my vehicle to the dealer and had a pressure test done on the water pump and it was found to be leaking. As the bumper to bumper warranty would have expired in 4 days they possibly save me from the expense to replace the water pump.
Great service, in and out in 15 minutes!
First of all, they did NOT have the Synthetic Blend Oil that my car uses. Which forced me to use the Higher Priced Full Synthetic Blend Oil. No one approached me to say my Air Filter or Cabin Air Filter were OK. And when I looked on the Receipt, it said that they were NOT even checked. I don't believe that they even Washed the Windshield for me.
Then they told me that my oil pan might have a leak and gave me a ridiculous +$500 estimate to replace the gasket. Which the gasket alone is probably a $12 item.
I'll find a much Better Place to get my Oil changed in the future. Some Place who wants my business and treats me better.

The price was a little pricey for just the oil change. Then I noticed each person was pulled out while in the waiting area by your sells rep who advised each one of additional service needs, customers talk. Then I also was pulled in for additional items. My concern is how often those filters need to be changed? Along with that I was recently in for an oil change they could not find me in the system at all. What was most concerning is that there is a computer screen that faces all of your customers with all your person information even the cost of your service. Your transactions, phone numbers, choice of payment should not be every customer's knowledge. What can you do to make it right make a change.
There was no vaccuming done.
