I really like the service at the Owings Mills Jiffy Lube. The technicians are fast and friendly. It didn't even take a half an hour!

Staff was friendly, efficient, and most welcoming.
I had stopped in on prior occasions for air in my tires, and they have always been happy to help me, even when they were clearly busy.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Friendly staff, but pricing and coupons at this location are terrible. Got oil change and tire rotation, but service light still on. Prices for services must have higher than FL and coupons much lower than other states I've visited.

As far as I know, the oil change was complete, thorough, timely and the staff was helpful and informative. Joe was GREAT!

Mack was great to work with. Appreciated how quickly they serviced the brakes on my vehicle. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and friendly. This is our second vehicle having brakes serviced and we will be back in the future.

After the visit, your team called me back and had me come back as they saw oil where it was parked. The double checked everything and cleaned the skid plate.
