Good afternoon, I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with the service I received this past weekend on 01/26/2025 at your facility/store #1061 in Owings Mills Maryland. I have been utilizing your service for the better part of 10 years now and have highly recommended family and friends over the years to do the same.
Firstly, I was under the impressing that brake service for both axles would be performed, brake pads for both the front and backend. I was called into the bay by a technician where my car was on the lift and was shown that I had a bad caliper and the technician advised that I would need to have it replaced. I agreed to the replacement of the one bad caliper.
Once I was informed of the completion of service, I paid the technician and was asked if I wanted a paper of email receipt. I elected to receive it by email. It wasn't until an hour or so later I heard the same grinding sound coming from my brake system on the front passenger side of my car. I immediately took the car back to the shop at the same location where the repairs were done.
Another technician asked if he could drive the car to figure out what was happening with the brake performance. I was then escorted ack into the bay area a shown that another caliper was bad and that it had started to cut into the rotor. I was then given an estimate of $652.78 for the rest of the repairs. I always thought that your technicians did a thorough inspection of all the brakes on both axles before giving an estimate and starting the work. Also, the math in terms of the pricing is not logical. So, it turns out that all that was done was before I had to bring the car back was the replacement of the Rear Passenger Caliper and Brake Pads for one wheel. Now, after I have done my research, I'm finding that I was over charged. I was charged a total of $425.91. We can't believe that I had a complete brake job done, again, which is what I thought I was getting (Just pad replacement and replacement of one Caliper) that would have cost me almost $2,000.00. I would like the cost for the needed service to be adjusted and my issue corrected. I would like to continue to work with you in the future, but right now I am a bit disturbed.

The employee offered either full synthetic or synthetic blend for my car, but it only takes synthetic. Employee was not knowledgeable enough.

The knowledgeable, professional, understanding, pleasant staff. I am so happy that Jiffy Lube is a chain and client data is accessible from your primary service location. All I had to do was sit back and relax because my vehicle information was already available in the system.
It would be nice if you guys offered groupons like other Jiffy Lube's in the area do for an oil change (like in Catonsville and on Wilkens Ave.)

The service was quick and friendly. I received a signature oil change and they also topped off my windshield wiper fluid, which was empty.
The manager also reminded me that I can always pop in for a refill if I ever get low again.
They also seemed to be well staffed. I had a great experience.

95.00 for an oil change is insanely high, everytime I go to Jiffy Lube the price has increased tremendously! Also the checkout clerk stated that they vacuumed my car, that was NOT true, they didnt vacuum any part of the floor at all nor did they wash the windshield as he claimed they did.

I have a 2020 jeep cherokee, since I had my oil changed there, I have a massive oil leak.. taking it to the dealership on Tuesday to have it looked at. Believed it was cause by a tech not using the right tool to install new oil filter..

Comfortable waiting area, nice to have the tv screen playing to allow customers to have something to focus some attention on, coffee available for customers.
