The employees were polite, thorough, efficient, and very professional. They cross their T’s and dot their I’s. Was very satisfied with the work they do. Better than most Jiffy Lubes in other locations.
I am perplexed. I came to this center to get my tires rotated. I had my tires rotated and full service synthetic oil on my car 5000 miles ago. The Jiffy Lube sticker indicated that I was still 5K miles from an oil change. I asked if they would reset the maintenance light and was told no because that is not company policy. The owner of this center owns 13 JL stores and he won’t do that because no car should go 10K miles between changes, even with full synthetic. If you wait 10K miles, the car will run out of oil and the engine will lock. I have no problem with not changing the maintenance light.
I have a problem that one JL indicates 10K between oil changes and another tells you 5K to 7500mikes (MAX) between changes. All the centers are under the umbrella name of Jiffy Lube, information should be the same.
I was told at least three times that the owner of the Clarksville center owns 13 locations. That’s great, but not important to the consumer who is being told contrary information orally and then presented and put in writing (the sticker) different information.
I did get my tires rotated. That was fine and no problems. I have a hard time with what I consider and upsell and instilling fear in a client.

They are quick, friendly and efficient. The price has went up significantly since I started coming here but it's worth it.
Honest, fast diagnosis and repair. I had 2 places tell me I needed to replace brakes and rotors , just needed a brake fluid change and a cleaning. Even if I did need brakes they were going to charge me 1/2 the price of the other places I visited.

Got an oil change two days ago. Guys said they “reset my sensors” and now fir the first time ever my check engine light came on
Told me my Emission system was leaking, when it is not.
Told me I needed new front tires when I had 2 new tires put on last Spring.
Every time I leave Jiffy Lube, my "check engine" light is turned on.
Charge much more for "oil change" then they advertise.

I have been bringing my car to the Jiffy Lube in Laurel for years, and I expect that I will continue.
When I checked in, I was told that it would take about a half an hour. I hadn't made an appointment, so I thought this was pretty good. There certainly hadn't been cars waiting in front of me when I arrived.
I was in the waiting room for about an hour and I watched as other customers came and went. I could see through the window when my car was in the bay (right away) and when it wasn't (the latter half of my wait). I do not know if more work was being done while I couldn't see, but I would have appreciated some updates on why things were taking longer than first estimated.
I understand if customers who had made appointments got priority. I know that it is possible that more work was being done where I couldn't see. I just would have liked some updates on progress.
I do not need a follow-up.
