Service was good but on my previous oil change an oil filter was left loose and I needed to take my vehicle to the dealership when I had spoken to the district manager he assured me it was an isolated incident and they they would take care of the next oil change . Fast forward I went in and had the oil change done and no notes or antyrhing in the computer so I ended up spending 135 dollars on an oil change that should have been complimentary

Made aware of all options and tried to find coupons or discounts for desired services.
I wasn’t able to reschedule an oil change with my dealership and Jeff’s Lube was recommended to me from several others in my office. The one nearby work was convenient, quick, courteous, and did extra steps that I didn’t expect, like vacuuming the car. I would have cleaned it up better had I known! I won’t bother with going all the way to the car dealership again! I will be recommending this Jiffy Lube to others! Thank you!

Visit was great, don’t think I was even there for 15 minutes and they had everything done it was amazing, customer service manager was very nice as well.
