Everyone was so friendly. I was in and out and it was great!
The service was quick and although there were a few recommendations beyond the oil change they made sense and were not excessive.
Wait time when cars are iined up to get service - could be shorter if possible.

Didn’t vacuum vehicle or put new sicker on window. Oil and grease all over door handles and steering wheel and outside door. Returned to shop and they offered to vacuum and replace the windshield sticker. I had been going to that shop for 5 years and never had a problem. But I will never go back to that shop again. To me that was just plain “don’t care about our service we give to customers.” One mistake I’d accept but 3.. I just hope they changed the oil. I’m taking it to a shop today to be sure I got an oil change and new filter. Don’t trust jiffy lube to return to any of the shops.

It's great to have a auto service company that knows what they are doing and do it well!!! Your car or truck is checked from front to rear for anything that needs to be out of whack. Nothing is over looked. Your car or truck is in a good running condition when it is needed at any time...That makes one feel safe at all times. That means a lot to many.......

Prior to performing any services, the manager there did not even go over any concerns or the reason for my visit. He took for granted I was only there for an oil change.
After they performed my oil change, I then had to then tell them to perform a tire rotation. One of your technicians could not get even lift my tire back on, he was struggling, I had to tell the other technicians to help him, I don't want my freaking tire flying off!!
The manager that was taking care of this location had no clue about what his duties were. His customer services was horrible and I am weary about ever bringing my car to this location again!
They were very honest about the maintenance on my vehicle and they didn't recommend over recommend things to be fixed they only told me what needed what was needed

I was charged for the most oil change$99.99 when it should have been the $79.99 oil change. Overcharged me because i was a white female. White man in front got syntheic oil and his was $70.
