Efficient and thorough
I drive in to Reisterstown from Washington DC. I had lived in Reisterstown for 12 years. Then I moved to DC. It is worth my drive to come back to this particular Jiffy Lube and this staff. They’re always friendly professional, kind and considerate for my wallet, thank you thank you thank you

The technician left dirty finger prints all over my door and inside the car.
After my oil change the technician did not zero my counter so I will not have accurate calibration if when to do my oil change. I prefer my own visual on odometer rather than that sticker the place on the windscreen without my consent.
The price it’s too heigh, they offered a extra services without mentioning that will be extra charge, it’s not professional.

Employees were welcoming and friendly. I was greeted right away and my car immediately taken back for service. I was out in less than 30 minutes, which was pleasantly surprising!
The corrected mileage at my oil change was 13,800. The technician entered 34,000 miles. This could possibly void my warranty and it also has shown up on the Carfax that in six months my mileage went from 9500 miles to 34,000 miles Which is absolutely incorrect. I am absolutely dissatisfied and have no idea how to fix this issue.

I like the way the staff (Rob) sat down with me to explain everything. He also suggested maintenance that could wait until my next visit. I have been going to this location for many years & never feel like i'm bring "ripped off". I truly appreciate that. I will continue having my 2013 Honda Civic serviced here in the future.

The next day after my car was serviced. The tires weren't inflated properly. I went outside to leave. My car gave an alert to the tires. The tires were extremely low almost totally flat. I had to spend time inflating my tires. I have a air machine so luckily it didn't keep me from my appointment. My tire pressure is 32 and also on the inside of the door of the vehicle. Not all tires have the same air pressure. Technicians need to be aware of this. Ask the car owner or look for the information. Also can be google to get the information.

Fast, friendly service I thought my vehicle had needed the oil changed and when they check the mileage from the records, they said it was not due and a lot of places would’ve just did it and charge me for it. They brought this to my attention and said that I was OK for more mileage Rather than just charge me they let me know first which I thought was good business great job.

Outstanding customer service! I have worked in the hospitality business for over 40 years, so I feel I know good customer service when I see it. Again, the gentle man that took care of me, was OUTSTANDING!! I wish I could remember his name.
Took my jeep in for and oil change and now it's at the dealership with more repair work need, was asked if I needed and oil treatment. I said sure to .myself it would keep the jeep working, not to my surprise the oil treatment was added to my coolant.
