Quick service but expensive
I appreciate that the service was performed quickly with no issues. I was in and out. They were straightforward about the prices and they accepted my coupon. I have no gripes.

I have a life time warranty on my vehicle and it is crucial that I do the oil changes every 5000 miles but when u can't get the mileage correct on my vehicle that is sitting right in front of u maybe the employees need retraining or something but I had to come back and go thru the whole process again to make everything correct thank God I saw it cause that could have been a really bad situation for me down the road if something with the warranty came up or possibly voided it all together

Everything. . . service was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly. I felt listened to which as a woman is very important and rare when it comes to car care. The technician who ran service by me made a comment that my road lights (?) needed to be replaced and when I commented that there was an issue with the turn signal he said they'd check it out. Later, he came back to me and told me that yes, it was indeed the turn signal and not the light he mentioned and that he had gottenit wrong. I felt his comments were very professional-- he didn't gloss over things or try to "man splain" out of it. Also when I opted not to have the cabin filter replaced (I was worried about the overall cost of the visit) he didn't pressure me. Just a great experience. I will be back soon to take care of the cabin filter.

They got the job done and I was out the door. They explained what I should get done and had no issues when I told them what I wanted done. The only thing I can say is there was nobody at the counter when I was ready to pay and leave. The clerk took care of me within a couple of minutes wait.
